We were shipping software before AI could write it.

DevThinks is a software studio. Since 2021 we have built Django platforms, React and React Native apps, Framer sites, Web3 exchanges, and payment systems. Now we put that experience into AI agents, and into AI-built apps that need to survive real users.

Level 2 on Fiverr with 100+ orders delivered. Clients include Mission 22, Poppy AI, and DIROL.

Track record - Before AI wrote code, and after

Lokkna, SURE-RT, and most of Poppy AI were built before AI coding agents existed. No Claude Code, no Codex, just documentation and an editor. That is the experience we bring to AI work.

Shipped before AI coding agents

  • Neru Lending, 2021. Led a team of up to five developers on a white-label business credit platform in Django, with React Native apps shipped to Google Play and the App Store.
  • Lokkna. Barter trading platform where people trade goods directly instead of buying and selling. Built full stack in Next.js and Django.
  • Fiverr, since 2021. Level 2 seller with 100+ orders delivered: React and JavaScript mentoring for 100+ developers, dashboards, payment integrations, and backend APIs.
  • SURE-RT, 2023 to 2024. Web3 sports betting marketplace. Search, score charts, a separate React admin app for live bets, and MoonPay fiat-to-crypto onboarding.
  • DTrust, 2023 to 2024. Decentralized trusts. Won on Upwork, then built the Next.js frontend, Thirdweb wallet login, smart contract integration, and trust dashboard.
  • Poppy AI, 2024 to 2025. Payment pipeline from ThriveCart, Stripe, and PayPal into Airtable for 1,000+ subscriptions, plus React Flow virtualization.

Shipped with AI in the stack

  • DIROL, 2025 to 2026. Decentralized exchange on Monad. Integrated TradingView's licensed charting library, built swap features, and worked across the backend and UI.
  • Mission 22, 2026. Took an AI-assisted prototype to production for a US veterans nonprofit: real-time messaging, events, moderation, Airtable sync, and row-level security.
  • Calynta, 2026. AI advisor for founders, cofounded by Nasir. Live voice calls on LiveKit, agents on LangGraph, and an Expo app for mobile and web.
  • CareTrack. Clinical documentation for home-care nurses, with structured assessment forms, a shift field map, and access for multiple agencies.
  • Our own agent setup. Self-hosted AI agents with shared long-term memory and a second brain built from our notes, which we use to run DevThinks.

Services - What we build

One studio across the stacks a founder usually ends up needing. AI is the newest item on this list, not the only one.

  • Web apps and SaaS. Next.js and Django platforms with Postgres or Supabase, role-based access, admin tools, and real-time features like chat.
  • Mobile apps. React Native and Expo apps for iOS and Android that share a backend with your web product.
  • Web3 products. DEX frontends and backends, wallet login, smart contract integration, and fiat onboarding with MoonPay.
  • Payments and ops automation. Stripe, PayPal, and ThriveCart billing wired into Airtable, Zapier, and the tools your team already uses.
  • Marketing sites. Framer and Next.js sites that load fast and are easy for your team to update.
  • AI agents and second brains. Agents with one clear job, scoped tool access, and a searchable memory built from your docs, calls, and notes.
  • AI prototypes to production. Built something with Cursor, Lovable, or Claude Code that breaks under real users? We fix the data model, permissions, tests, and deploys. Mission 22 started exactly there.

How we use AI - Experience decides what AI gets to touch

Years of shipping by hand taught us where a model saves a week and where it quietly breaks a data model.

  • AI writes code, we own it. We use AI coding agents on client work. A person who has fixed production bugs without them still reads, tests, and ships every change.
  • Context comes before the agent. A model can't use information it never gets. We build the memory first, then the agent that reads it.
  • One job per agent. An agent that handles "all of sales" does none of it well. We start with one workflow you can measure, and keep a person approving anything that touches money or customers.

FAQ - Questions founders ask us first

  • Is DevThinks an AI agency? No. DevThinks is a software studio that has shipped web, mobile, Web3, and payment systems since 2021. AI agents are one of the things we build now, next to everything else.
  • Can you fix an app that was built with AI tools? Yes. Mission 22's ambassador platform started as an AI-assisted prototype. We enforced permissions in the database with row-level security, added end-to-end tests and moderation tools, and shipped it to production.
  • Do I need an AI agent, or is a Zapier workflow enough? If the steps never change, use Zapier. It costs less and it won't make things up. Agents earn their cost when the input is messy, like emails, call transcripts, documents, and half-filled forms.
  • Which stacks does DevThinks work in? Next.js, React, React Native and Expo, Django, Node.js, Supabase and Postgres, Framer, Solidity, and Stripe. On the AI side, LangGraph with OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini models.
  • Who owns the code and data? You do. We prefer to build in accounts you own, so you keep the repositories, the API keys, and the data.
  • How do we start? Book a call and tell us what you're building or what's broken. We will tell you on that call whether we're the right fit.
